God's name while working or work is God's name?
Its very simple to say above line however "to feel it" there is a process called "Sadhana". Nothing is achieved immediately.
For an example : Child has to learn the letters(A,B,C,D......) first to write a single word. To be become a doctor we study for 8-10 years.
But in spiritual world everyone wants God's experience right away.
There are two types of contemplation:
1. Sukshm(सूक्ष्म)
2. Sthul(स्थूल)
Let's try to understand this with simple example:
When we were in kids in school, and if teacher use to ask us 2*5 then we use to say full table of 2 to give an answer like 2*2=4, 2*3=6,2*4=8 and then 2*5=10. Means after counting we found an answer this is called Sthul(स्थूल) contemplation. Now same question is asked in high school i.e. "what is the answer of 2*5" then we directly give an answer 10. This is called Sukshm(सूक्ष्म) contemplation.
Let's take another example to understand this:
Suppose your name is Rahul, and if someone from the crowd shouts Rahul, will you look around to search Rahul? or will you immediately say that I am Rahul? 2nd one is correct because we know our name, our body senses know that I am Rahul. This is called Sukshm(सूक्ष्म) contemplation.
In same scenario if someone shouts Parag, this time you will find out who is Parag, because you don't know Parag. In this scenario our senses doesn't know who is Parag so we start searching. This is called Sthul(स्थूल) contemplation
Experiencing everything that is visible/invisble is God, God is everywhere inside and outside is called Sukshm(सूक्ष्म) contemplation.
Searching god is called Sthul(स्थूल) contemplation. Because we don't know or we didn't experience God.
